I called to set up an appointment 2 weeks ahead but somehow the appointment is gone when I call them a day before my service. I went to the dealer and the service advisor Kevin helped me set yo everyth somehow the appointment is gone when I call them a day before my service. Probably need to lower my expectations with BMW. I was somewhat upset when picking car up, it was indicated that there was a backup with washing cars. Have been going to this places since 2007 , and will continue to do so. The reason i went this time is to replace my run-flat tires as i did have a flat. It was covered by the hazard protection - no has continue to do so. The reason i went this time is to replace my run-flat tires as i did have a flat. But the only thing I can complain for is that they did not have the tire in stock and it took 5 days to get the my car back. but rest of the work was really good, and i do recommend this place. More

Justin, Cesar and the Loaner Team were awesome in assessing my vehicle needs and when an unexpected problem arose after departing the service center, i returned and the Loaner Team recognized my vehi assessing my vehicle needs and when an unexpected problem arose after departing the service center, i returned and the Loaner Team recognized my vehicle required immediate attention. The Loaner team received my vehicle and set me up with a loaner vehicle right away. Within 24 hrs the issue was resolved with full explanation and no charge. More
