car bricked after system upgrade failure BMW roadside service was very responsive and attentive however, the tolling system seems to allow random drivers taken the ticket without verifying feasibility. service was very responsive and attentive however, the tolling system seems to allow random drivers taken the ticket without verifying feasibility. as a result, I wasted a whole night having 3 drivers coming over but discovered that they didn't have the equipment to do so. the technician, Kyle, was responsive and straight to the point. the car was fixed in a day. they also took care of some maintenance such as wheel alignment. in summary, BMW of Mountain View did a fair job recovering my car, but I wish the process to have been smoother More
