Kudo to BMW-MV and my best advisor Branden Casey for helping to service my 2013 X5 that had a severe smok problem. It was a high cost extensive repair. But Branden helped me to understand the concerns helping to service my 2013 X5 that had a severe smok problem. It was a high cost extensive repair. I was in for fairly extensive service on my 2013 BMW X3 at 75K miles. I schedule the service online and then followed up by phone to change the original date. My original estimate was that I would have my car back the same day or the next. Then I did not receive any updates for three days. When I called, I was informed that my car had not even been seen by anyo the same day or the next. Then I did not receive any updates for three days. When I called, I was informed that my car had not even been seen by anyone yet and that they were still waiting. Then I received a call later that parts were unavailable for my car and they would have to order them. Then, after the weekend, I was informed that the wrong parts were ordered (wrong size, more expensive) and was asked if that was okay??? Sure, please put incompatible parts on my car just because that's what was available, that makes sense. I asked for my car to be repaired correctly. On the day my car was supposed to be ready, I was told it would be done by 1:30. 1:30pm came and went. I did not receive any response for several hours, then I was told that my car *might* be ready that day, and then, yes, actually, it would be done that day. Before the place closed, I confirmed with them that my car was, in fact, ready to be picked up and completed. Just as I arrived at the dealership, I was texted that my car was now not ready to be picked up and asked to come back the following morning. This was when I noticed that the rear emblem was now missing from my car but of course no mention of that from the dealer. This was all on top of a promise of transportation and a loaner car, which are services that don't actually exist if you ask for them. This place really went downhill. More
