Easy scheduling of regular service appts over the phone and received service loaner as requested. However, service loaner given had quite extensive interior fabric as well as instrument panel glass damage and received service loaner as requested. However, service loaner given had quite extensive interior fabric as well as instrument panel glass damage. Even though this was noted by the loaner technician upon walk through, would have been nice to receive a vehicle that didn't have such extreme damage as I needed to use to pick up kids, etc. Upon return and pick up, noticed that complimentary car wash was not performed as indicated on the pick up slip. Will call the service advisor next time in advance of returning to the dealership. More

My experience at BMW Mountain View was excellent, Branden was great at communicating on the progress of my car and I had almost no hassle getting my car taken care of. There was only an incident where I made was great at communicating on the progress of my car and I had almost no hassle getting my car taken care of. There was only an incident where I made an appointment and even though I had a confirmation they said I had nothing scheduled. I understand this isn't Branden's fault and he was still able to get me a loaner for the end of that same day and saved me another day taking time off of work. The process of getting a loaner was also very quick and easy. I would definitely come back! More
