I rated it good because I trust the service team at BMW - they’re responsive, informative and take the time necessary to explain things. They’re efficient and communicate well. Where there’s area of improvements as I see them, is 1.difficult to get through on phone (but they do call you back quickly) 2.car is not delivered back, clean - my tire-walls were dirty, car hadn’t been washed. I always find that disappointing. Delivery driver didn’t wear a mask inside the car. He did have seat cover in and foot/shoe paper down (that he took with him) but wasn’t overly friendly or attentive and didn’t point out my key was in the cup holder - I thought he walked away with it. Had to walk after him to verify). The loaner department is great and trustworthy and helpful. Had a manager there go above & beyond for us there. Appreciated that very much. The store, the service department is very clean & shiny. Looks great. Feels very comfortable and rich, easy to sit down in and they let you walk wherever so it’s laid back. I trust them. I like my service specialists that I consistently see & interact with there. I go back time and again. More
