The cashier wasted at least ½ hour of my time by not pulling my car. I had my id out for her but she chose a different car that had $2600 worth of work when I told her my car was 1 mo old and was there pulling my car. Instead of checking the piece of paper in front of her she decided to call my service person who wasn’t even in the building. It wasn’t until I asked to talk to the manager that we figured it out and I finally got out of there. It shouldn’t take over an hour to return a loaner and get my car back. It now rattling in the sunroof area, but I don’t know I have the time for them to check it. More

Terrible customer service and terrible car service. I took my BMW to get serviced here and when I received it back, my key holder compartment door was broken. Unbelievable that a worker broke a piece o I took my BMW to get serviced here and when I received it back, my key holder compartment door was broken. Unbelievable that a worker broke a piece of my car and had the audacity to try to hide it and get away with it. I have connected my service advisor about this matter. Then when I was picking up my car, the worker who drove my car up to me parked in the parking spot in the parking lot instead of driving it up to the designated pick up spot where I was standing. The worker also left my key in the car instead of handing it directly to me and did not ask if my car was mine until I walked up to my car. It feels like everyone working here either looks down on me because I look too young or because I am a girl. It feels like I am belittled when I am talked to here. I was interested in trading in my car, but when I went upstairs nobody would come help me and they just looked at me and looked away. I left and I will be putting my services elsewhere. Definitely do not recommend mountain view BMW. More
