Twice now I've taken my car here for service and each time I've experienced long wait times to drop off and pick up my car. They are friendly enough and seem to do a good job. But just don't have their act together with the drop off and pick up process. Who wants to spend 40 mins standing around when you need to get on with your day. They also don't have a waiting lounge, so you literally are "standing" around. More

I came in to get new tires, I ran a flat tire the other night and brought it into this dealership. Devin Miller was polite, helpful and quite engaging! He arranged for a shuttle to and from work which was quite helpful specially I work in Fremont. Devin called 2 hours ahead of schedule and was able to get a ride 30 minutes later and was at the dealership to pick up my car with a new tire replacement. thanks for the great job Devin! More
