I bought my first BMW 330i from your dealership. I have always had first class service. I would of leased the 330e, however MV had none in stock. Because MV has first class service, they maintained I have always had first class service. I would of leased the 330e, however MV had none in stock. Because MV has first class service, they maintained my car. I decided to buy out my car & met Kevin Butler who was very nice & very helpfull. Bahman Farzan took over the paper work & was very professional. Bahman was helpful in explaining the process from the lease to buying out the car. NEVER GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE! Behind all the smoke and mirrors of this dealership, it's just not worth it. I will attribute my lack of knowledge to my incompetence of car parts and labor charges but it is beyond ridiculous. (Backstory) I am 24 yrs old, new to the Bay Area and very fortunate in being able to get my hands on a year 1 of 1, BMW M1. With that being said, I hope to God dealerships become obsolete in these next decades because everything is just smoke and mirrors. I will take this as a learning opportunity and to do better due diligence on the qualified mechanics in my area; and I urge everyone else do the same. If you care about your own hard earned money and Indispensable time, I suggest you take just a little bit of time out of your day to call around other qualified mechanics in the bay area. The fact that all I needed was a simple battery change and a new fuse box is one thing, it was something completely different when labor itself is 2.5x the amount of the parts. A fake smile does not wash away the hours I spent learning a skill in order to gain the money but then hand it all away to people who do not share your best interest. More

Took my BMW in for its annual service and was assisted by Daniel Martinez. Daniel is the epitomy of being service directed and customer focused. He got my car checked in fast and also noted just by looking a Daniel Martinez. Daniel is the epitomy of being service directed and customer focused. He got my car checked in fast and also noted just by looking at the car that the tires were looking a bit smooth. Also noted that the cars differential was almost due for its service. Took care of all these things and kept in touch for the entire duration that my car was in the shop (2 days). I had a decent loaner car while my car was being serviced which is always nice to be able to drive a different model fro ones own. Received the car back in good shape and included a complimentary detail. Highly recommend Mountainview BMW and Daniel Martinez in particular. More
