I have had several bad experiences with the service department and yesterday it was another one. I took an appointment for an oil change over the phone and. I was asked if I was waiting for the repair department and yesterday it was another one. I took an appointment for an oil change over the phone and. I was asked if I was waiting for the repair or not. I responded that I needed to work and needed to have a loaner since I needed to commute for work. I show up on time at my appointment yesterday, we do the preliminary practice to drop off my car to the service department and after completing then I found out that there is no rental car available. No apologies, no excuses, they just handed back my car keys and I had to leave. To go to work. Simply unacceptable. bMW is supposed to be a premium brand, but they run their customer sec ice department like a small dealer. More

I bought my first BMW 330i from your dealership. I have always had first class service. I would of leased the 330e, however MV had none in stock. Because MV has first class service, they maintained I have always had first class service. I would of leased the 330e, however MV had none in stock. Because MV has first class service, they maintained my car. I decided to buy out my car & met Kevin Butler who was very nice & very helpfull. Bahman Farzan took over the paper work & was very professional. Bahman was helpful in explaining the process from the lease to buying out the car.
