Marc was very helpful and willing to answer a lot of questions from me. And surprisingly, the technician even sent me a video when he did a multi-point check on my car. Definitely recommend them. Normally I would not use a dealer for service on a BMW, because I have bought 4 very old and very used BMWs in the past. In the last year, I purchased a 2014 i8 with only 1200 miles on it (no more warranty because I have bought 4 very old and very used BMWs in the past. In the last year, I purchased a 2014 i8 with only 1200 miles on it (no more warranty), and then, a 2018 M760i, with only 12,300 miles (one year warranty left). These two have been to see the service dept at least once, each. I met my favorite rep, Mark Sleiman, tru Shawn in sales. I had talked with Shawn about buying a new M760i, but decided on used. Shawn very graciously introduced me to Mark, when I told Shawn Stevens Creek's service dept was basically, non-responsive about my i8 inquiries. Mark actually aided me in making decisions about my M760i purchase and has serviced both cars. I trust him to work in my best interest. While he did, on one occasion, mention a service contract I can buy for the M760i, there is no high pressure. More
