I always have a great service experience at BMW of Mountain View. I’ve been taking our 2012 X3 there since we purchased it, and they’ve kept it working well for the 9 years we have had it. My experience at the service center at BMW of Mountain View was very pleasant. I was greeted outside, as I pulled in with all the paper work ready. I picked up the loaner car and was out of there in 5 min View was very pleasant. I was greeted outside, as I pulled in with all the paper work ready. I picked up the loaner car and was out of there in 5 mins. The car service was returned serviced and cleaned few hours later. Will definitely use them in the future. More
