I recently purchased a 2026 BMW X3, and even though the vehicle wasn’t initially available on their lot, Jaymar quickly located it at another dealership and arranged to have it brought in without any hassle. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Jaymar took the time to walk me through every feature, option, and amenity, making sure I understood all the bells and whistles that came with the vehicle. There was no pressure—just genuine care and professionalism. The entire team, including the managers, was welcoming and focused on delivering a first-class experience. It’s clear they value their customers and work hard to build lasting relationships. I couldn’t have asked for a better car-buying experience. Scam dealership. Went to buy a CPO M4 Competition convertible, went through the test drive with Sebastian and asked about the certification process during the drive Went to buy a CPO M4 Competition convertible, went through the test drive with Sebastian and asked about the certification process during the drive and was told the car passed without issue and the paperwork was at the dealership. Got to the dealership to be told the vehicle is NOT certified. Meanwhile, a month has passed and the listing still says certified as well as the Carfax. Sounds like fraud but that's to be determined I suppose. I was interested in the vehicle and with OEM warranty still remaining, was OK without the certification. Sebastian brought the Sales Manager Jordan over to work out a deal with me. I said I would still buy the car but for $2,000 less since it wasn't certified. Jordan said they don't discount pre-owned vehicles. I reminded him he was advertising a Certified pre-owned vehicle and had it priced accordingly. Again reminded him it was NOT certified and offered $2,000 less. He said they don't discount pre-owned vehicles but said he'd see if he could get it certified and would call me back the next business day. The next business day passed and I did not hear from anyone. The following day got an email from the GM asking how things were going. Responded and explained what was happening and Richard never responded. Called the next day, left messages for Sebastian, Jordan and Richard and none of them called me back. Finally a fourth person called and said the price is the price. Never heard back from the original three, the dealership has since lowered the price three times and are asking for LESS than I offered when they literally had me in the chair, ready to buy. Meanwhile, it's STILL listed as certified on their website, Cars.com and in the Carfax report. Integrity at its finest. I purchased two vehicles from Holman previously but never again. Ended up buying from another local BMW dealership and got a car one year newer with a $9,000 higher original MSRP and paid less money than Holman wanted for theirs. Buyer beware. If you're not asking good questions, you're likely to get scammed. More

I will keep this review brief and factual. I plan to provide weekly updates until this issue is resolved. My experience with Holman BMW has been extremely disappointing. The General Manager (Richard), Service Manager (Laudy), and Customer Service Representative (Cheryl) have not handled this matter competently or professionally. My BMW M440 has been in their service department for over two months. I was told the powertrain warning light was caused by a failing battery. After paying approximately $1,200 to replace it, the issue was not resolved. I was then informed that a different battery now needs replacement at a cost of $4,299. At this point, I have serious doubts that they have correctly diagnosed the problem. Additionally, members of their staff communicated with me through personal phone numbers and, when I questioned the repair, I was subjected to unprofessional and inappropriate messages—including being told that BMWs are expensive to own, so I should “get used to it.” When I escalated this behavior to upper management (Richard, Laudy, and Cheryl), they acknowledged the complaint but have taken no visible action. The car still sits on their lot, unfixed, and I am being pressured to approve another costly repair. This vehicle has fewer than 21,000 miles, and I have now been told it has gone through not one but two batteries in two months—totaling $5,198 in repairs. The 48-volt battery is warrantied for 8 years / 80,000 miles according to BMW, yet Holman claims the battery in my car is not covered. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect shown throughout this process is unacceptable. Customers should not have to endure unprofessional conduct or verbal abuse while paying for service. If this is the experience you are willing to accept, then this may be the dealership for you—otherwise, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. More

I generally avoid dealer visits unless it's for warranty items. Took my car there to get wheels swapped (summer to winter) and they proceeded to drop a tire on the side skirt rocker panel and gashed it. The items. They covered it up with grease to conceal it and I didn't see it until I arrived home. Emailed them about the issue requesting the part be replaced and never heard back. Would advise to avoid this service center as I've heard they are some of the worst technicians. Service Advisors there have also been known to charge different prices for different customers. They charged me $100 more than a friend that had the same service performed days earlier. Come to find out after refusing an alignment, they didn't torque the wheels to spec and I had some vibration issues until I got that sorted. Avoid at all costs. More

Called last week regarding a scratched rim. The operator took my number and said someone would call me. STILL waiting! I have ben a customer there for MANY years and have never been treated like this. My lease is up in a couple months. Highly doubt it will be another BMW! More

Harvey Binning has been our service advisor for many years, he is the best. He always takes the time to make sure all of our concerns and issues with our vehicle are addressed and repaired properly so t years, he is the best. He always takes the time to make sure all of our concerns and issues with our vehicle are addressed and repaired properly so that when we drive off our car is in top condition.
