He really listened to my needs, took the time to understand my experience with buying cars and to provide a fitting sales experience from start to finish. I also had a good experience with Mara in the finance office where I felt just the right amount of guidance on extras for the car with no undue pressure to purchase...but the information I needed to make choices right for me. I left feeling great about my purchase of a pre-owned X3 M40i. It is an amazing car. My sales experience was amazing, and I recommend Wayne and BMW of Mt. With having my own service advisor (Mike Carbone) I feel confident when dropping my vehicle off to the service department because he is very k staff. I recently spoke to the mechanic (Harvey) who explained everything to me in elementary form so that I can understand. As a person who is not an expert in vehicle mechanics, I appreciate that he took the time to call me and explain it to me. I also left town for a couple of days on vacation and the team completed my vehicle and had it ready for me when I returned. This leaves me confident to come back to the team for any future concerns on my vehicle. More

The service team specifically Billy and Jonathan, worked with BMW to have the worked covered by my warranty, initially I was told it was not covered, but after providing details they were able to have the w with BMW to have the worked covered by my warranty, initially I was told it was not covered, but after providing details they were able to have the work completed and covered under my warranty, saved me 1,500 bucks, greatly appreciated.
