I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation to the people who helped me to get the plates for my new BMW X3 at the BMW of Mt. Laurel. It seems easy and should be done “automatically”, but in some the people who helped me to get the plates for my new BMW X3 at the BMW of Mt. Laurel. It seems easy and should be done “automatically”, but in some cases the bureaucratic hurdles caused by objective complications makes it difficult and almost impossible. In such situations only a non-formal attitude and sincere wish to help make it happen. It was exactly the case with me. Mark Bianchini and Patty Herman from the BMW of Mt. Laurel were the people who were fighting the bureaucratic obstacles and successfully and timely won this battle for me. Being extremely loaded with other clients' tasks Mark always replied to my calls, messages, and emails. He never kept me in the dark, constantly informed on the progress of my case. I am really-really grateful to him and Patty and this feedback is my only and sincere wish to demonstrate that to other customers of the BMW of Mt. Laurel, to let them know that if such people work for this company you can always count on their help, advice and non-formal attitude. It is my only option to recognize these people and I gladly use this opportunity to the benefit of all of us. More

It was my first experience of leasing a BMW car at “The BMW of Mt. Laurel”. I am not a newbie, and it should be my fifth vehicle of this family. Previously I leased my 4 BMW cars at “The BMW of Brooklyn”. BMW of Mt. Laurel”. I am not a newbie, and it should be my fifth vehicle of this family. Previously I leased my 4 BMW cars at “The BMW of Brooklyn”. I do not want to compare the level of the sales services “here and there”, I just would like to share with you my latest impression. It is worth mentioning that it was a real rush time everywhere and especially at the car’s dealerships – the end of the year. I have never seen before the lines of customers to sales representatives to make a deal. It was strange, a bit scary but real and I had to go through that to get a new lease. However, how big my surprise was when I got to a sales representative and all the necessary steps went one-by-one smoothly almost without a slight delay like an attuned mechanism that I can only compare with a Swiss watch or an engine of any BMW machine itself. In short words I am very happy and grateful for the help and service of all members of the Great family of "The BMW of Mt. Laurel"l who made it possible in a uniquely short time to offer, make real and finalize the beneficial for me deal. As my appreciation I would like to list their names in an alphabetical order. Mark Bianchini, Greg Cohen, Cole Folks, Michael Gale, Debbie Mavilla Bill Worthington Each and every one of these people were doing their job, like we all do, but the way they do it makes a difference. Thank you guys for your wonderful work, thank you BMW of Mt. Laurel for having these people on your staff. Sincerely, David Melamed. More
I truly feel like family when I come to Bmw Mt Laurel. I mainly come here for service. Matthew Maldonaldo always treats me well & goes above & beyond servicing me. Glad to say I can feel like Matt actually mainly come here for service. Matthew Maldonaldo always treats me well & goes above & beyond servicing me. Glad to say I can feel like Matt actually looks out for me, understands & advises me like no other. I greatly appreciate the follow up calls during & after the job is done. I had a big job done on my car, & multiple times a week he would reach out to me to explain everything thats going on & keep me updated. Even while having my car in the shop for around a month, I wasnt worried since I felt it was in the right hands. Just because of Matt I've recommended my close friend to this dealership who recently bought a BMW. Thank you for an outstanding experience! More
My experience was for Service, but I unexpectedly and pleasantly ended up having an exceptional experience with one of your saleswomen/salespersonnel. I have serviced 2 of my BMW's Here. Very profess pleasantly ended up having an exceptional experience with one of your saleswomen/salespersonnel. I have serviced 2 of my BMW's Here. Very professional and they have always treated me with respect and get the job done well with and w/out loaners. Kathy Jackacki is my advisor and if she's not there, anyone else is as friendly and knowledgeable. I have just turned in my 2nd BMW - end-of lease and am patiently awaiting the new version in 2022/2023 to order. They will definitely get my car back , no matter where I purchase/lease it from. Gina Haynes- a real standout. I was waiting patiently for my car to be released when I decided to walk around the lot. My experience with sales was disappointing at first when I started servicing my cars there in 2016/7. Over the last 3-4 years, several different sales people have acosted/been 'assigned' to me, but everytime I came in they were either too busy to accomodate me if I had questions, or was looking around when I was waiting for service on one of my cars. However, I was walking around perusing the new car lot last month, even though I know the supply chain/demand was poor and there wasn't much to look at. It was late in the afternoon and I know that salespeople were around- if they saw a potential customer, I would assume, since business has not been that brisk, if it were me, I'd take a walk around the lot and introduce myself. I walked the entire lot, new and used. No one noticed me or came over, except one person who was masked up. She politely. asked me if I needed any assistance, and I decided to play along, even though there was nothing I was interested in, surprised that anyone would take the time to notice. You see, my lease was ending in less than a month and I had received 'form' letters indicating how much 'positive equity' from Holman Motors Executive BMW Offices as well as other BMW centers I've visited ( I've had 5 since 2008 ) as a valued customer, etc., etc., but not one sales rep, from the past who should have been well-informed after several prior emails, interested inquiries I've made ever contacted me. Well, this person was Gina Haynes. She introduced herself with an awesome firm handshake- a great measure of a person with confidence and made excellent eye contact. She was not pushy, listened to my semi-frustration with the ambivalence I'd received as well as my goals and objectives to seek the next BMW, which is a true niche vehicle. I'd had mine in for service and was leaving- I noticed her own BMW- she had great taste. We immediately connected as 'car nerds' and had a friendly discussion. She admired my own BMW and wished she herself had enough to purchase it. Over the next 1-2 months, she kept in touch via text/phone/email better than any other BMW salesperson/dealer I've been to, answering questions and providing knowledge and insight into the series I'm interested in to the extent that I feel confident she knows exactly what she's talking about. I turned in my lease and probably will decide in the next 6 months. If I should, she will be my only choice to navigate my decision at Mt. Laurel. If she had not had professionally accosted me and made me feel like a valued customer- as did the service department, I would choose any other dealership or a broker. She has excellent communication skills, respect, knowledge, and personality for a salesperson. I'm aware she's been there for only 3 years and came from Lexus. However, Gina's proven to me as an experienced BMW customer (and also have been to BMW Driving School in South Carolina), that when a dealership has an exceptional salesperson like this, they should promote her and honor the fact that she was able to retain a customer with simple kindness and professionalism- never even knowing my positive history with their dealership. She is someone to both retain and I hope receives the deserved accolades for that behavior. Where I come from, this is worthy of great praise. She's a rising star there. More
Great people, flawless service, everything one could dream about being an owner of one of the best car in the world. Constantly felt as I was a member of the Great BMW family. Unfortunately the loner dream about being an owner of one of the best car in the world. Constantly felt as I was a member of the Great BMW family.
