Sebastian was an extremely well informed salesman and wasn’t remotely pushy. My wife and I research and watch car reviews extensively, and Sebastian was the first salesman I’ve encountered that I didn’t wasn’t remotely pushy. My wife and I research and watch car reviews extensively, and Sebastian was the first salesman I’ve encountered that I didn’t feel like I knew more about his own product than he did. The managers I spoke to were concise and to the point. The finance office was efficient, the numbers were accurate, and extras were offered but weren’t pushed. The speed and efficiency of the entire dealership is remarkable considering the state of construction. Once the new showroom is completed, the BMW Mt Laurel buying experience will even that much better. More

Our salesman, Mike, greeted us when we entered and did everything he could to make sure we had a great experience. In fact, all of the team with which we interacted were excellent. This dealership is very professional except for service advisor Kathy Jakacki. She is unwilling to explain anything and when you ask her a specific question, she is very non-transparent. She speaks with a advisor Kathy Jakacki. She is unwilling to explain anything and when you ask her a specific question, she is very non-transparent. She speaks with a rude tone and I even witnessed her rolling her eyes to her colleague. Don’t be fooled when she calls you and sounds professional, her lines are recorded. I do not recommend working with her. I wish I worked with a better service advisor. More
