Why take advantage of a long time long term relationship that we built up with BMW? How are you even licensed to service a BMW vehicles!? Tell us it’s just one thing then your back in less than a year, less then 10,000 miles! Diagnose the and wow! It’s the same problem and more but they guarantee it wasn’t their fault! So we pay more but this time the bandage came off before we made it off the lot! Kept the car for over two months had us pay in full! Over 9,000$ spent! Then we’re told we will need at least 20,000 for what they found after we paid and waited over 2 months! Is there not anyone that can stop them and this from happening to anyone else!?
