I worked with both Jeris and John and both of them were very knowledgeable and friendly. Jeris made sure that all of my questions were answered and got me a couple of quotes on extended warranties with the very knowledgeable and friendly. Jeris had John come and give me a tutorial on how to use my car. It is my first BMW and I wanted to be sure that I was taking advantage of all the car has to offer. He spent about 30 mins showing me everything and explaining how to use it. He also gave me his card and told me I could call if I had any additional questions. They were both a pleasure to work with. The service wasn't bad but it wasn't great. But I expected a lot more from BMW. BMW is a lifestyle brand and that expectation needs to filter into their customer service. I felt like an inconvenience to him since he asked me questions I would assume he knew even though I made an appointment weeks earlier. The receptionist wasn't all that great. She would take calls and send text messages while " helping me". My car wasn't brought up but it seemed everyone else's was. I was told where it was and had to go out back to find it. All my car settings were changed. I would expect this from any other dealership except BMW. More
