I took my car in for a couple of minor items which were promptly fixed. The service department also found two major problems and was able to find parts and quickly repair the car. James Duran was clear and concise, explained things in terms i could understand, gave me cost estimates and time estimates. The dealership gave me a loaner when it was clear that it would take additional time to make the repairs. I had a couple of rough prior experiences with this dealership, all of which were reversed by this good experience. More

This should give you an indication of how strongly I recommend Ryan Roosendaal (BMW of Murray). For me, the three essential qualities of a CA are "knowledgeable", "straightforward dealing" and "fast responsiveness to any questions/concerns". Ryan excels in all these qualities. He is quick, understanding, bright, eager to get the job done quickly and knows how to communicate. He always takes the time to explain everything to me, which is much appreciated. I love my BMW and will always drive a BMW purchased from BMW of Murray! I sadly will never take it to their service department! I've never experienced customer service like that! I had met Evan while I was in a prior lease with a 3 series and an X3. It was time for me to scale down to one car. Evan had asked me to give him a shot with my next lease. I live in Las Vegas, so in June 2011 it was time to order. Called Evan on the phone, he got back to me with pricing, I indicated to him what I would like to pay for the car, he got back in touch with me promptly and the deal was done. By days end the car was ordered and going into production. When it came time for the delivery, he picked me up from the airport and brought me back to the dealership and the paperwork was finished in minutes and then took me out to my new 3 series and took me through the car. I was amazed at what I had missed in my prior 3 series lease of not knowing some of the features. He truly took the time to make sure I understood what a fantastic car it is!! Thanks Evan for a great leasing experience. Evan is very knowlegable about the car and has a good eye for the options and combinations to make your car look GREAT! Since I was planning on spending thousands of dollars on a ne they have. In the case of BMW of Murray, they definitely have quality customer service. Since I was planning on spending thousands of dollars on a new sports car, I wanted to know everything about the buying process, maintenance, service warranties, etc. During my time dealing with them, I have made repeated phone calls and have sent endless emails asking about this and that. And every single time, not only did I receive a timely response, but a detailed answer to my question as well. The friendliness of the staff, their professional work ethics combined with their willingness to make the customer happy are traits more than enough to give this dealership 5 stars. More
