Michael Cornelius 6 reviews just now New Bought a used 2014 Infinity Q60 in February. Drove the car for 2-3 months and one day I hear a noise under the car as I'm driving. I discovered that a lot of the plastic guards under the front end were loose. When I jacked up the car, there were 10 bolts and 10 clips missing underneath and now some of the plastic had big holes in it.. My car supposedly went through a 150 point inspection before I purchased it. I put new bolts and clips in, paying for them out of my own pocket. The car was due for an oil change in a month or so and I had prepaid for these when I bought the car so I waited to say anything to the dealer until I went in for the oil change. When I took the car in, I spoke to the service person and the service manager. I was told that I did a great job securing the parts that had been loose, but there was nothing they were going to do about replacing the parts that now have holes in them because I waited too long to bring the car in to the dealership. This was obviously overlooked by the person who "inspected" the car and should have been caught. There were about 6 pieces of plastic missing bolts and clips and now 2 of the parts have holes in them due to rubbing on my tires. Not at all what I expected from a BMW dealer. More
