Arrived at the dealer at 1035 for a 10:40 oil change appointment. At 1050 service advisor talk to me and took my key for service and advise to wait. At 11:00 received a video from technician about statu appointment. At 1050 service advisor talk to me and took my key for service and advise to wait. At 11:00 received a video from technician about status of my car. At 12:10 still waiting. I decided to approach the service adviser for status. He said it should be done . Find out it had been ready and no one call me to let me know. Wait for 2 hrs and 25 min for oils change its a lot. Could’ve had it done in 30 min somewhere else More
