Vanessa was our initial Service Advisor and was professional, helpful, and patient as we discovered that the lower control arm and ball joint needed replacement, along with an alignment. While working through the warranty company proved challenging, Vanessa continued working to get the repair handled properly. Then, during the repair, the BMW technician discovered a leaking water pump—a much more significant repair involving more than 9 hours of labor and approximately $3,000 in additional costs. That's when we met Allison Wentland. Allison is an absolute ROCK STAR. With more than 20 years of service-department experience, she immediately took ownership of the situation. She worked directly with the warranty company, advocated for us, and even worked with the service department to reduce some labor costs to make the repair as affordable as possible. When I told Allison our son needed to drive back to college on Saturday, she understood exactly what that meant to a parent. Then Senior Technician Keaton Sesma went above and beyond. He completed the repair ahead of schedule on Friday and worked efficiently to make sure our son could get safely back on the road and return to college on time. That is what exceptional service looks like. We had never even serviced this vehicle at BMW of Murrieta before, yet Allison, Keaton, Vanessa, and the team treated us like long-standing customers. They didn't simply tell us what the repairs would cost—they worked with us, fought for us, and found a way to get our son safely back on the road. As a parent, there's nothing more valuable than knowing your child is driving a dependable vehicle and knowing someone you trust is looking out for them.
