Great service experience Chad Ludwig was a pleasure to work with at BMW of Murietta. Between him and his team (Trevor &Robert), they were able to mend the ongoing brake issue Chad Ludwig was a pleasure to work with at BMW of Murietta. I met Brandon Holland and right from the start he was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely just wanting to help us that day regardless of that fact that we weren't looking to buy at that time. This past week we returned to finally make the purchase. When we did I could not have been more surprised, the sales experience was by the best that I have gone through.
