I was very pleased with Andrew Garcia, service consultant, with my newly leased 2021 BMW 330e annual maintenance. He was very thorough in explaining to me all the services that will be done, inclu consultant, with my newly leased 2021 BMW 330e annual maintenance. He was very thorough in explaining to me all the services that will be done, including the recall on the software that monitors the gas emission. The software update takes another day to complete and so he arranged for a loaner that I can use when I come back another day to complete the software update. He is a professional and knows his work well, and most of all very courteous and helpful. BTW I love my 2021 BMW 330e! More

Ordered an X6 through them 6 weeks ago. It arrived last weekend and I went in to pick it up. Very pleasant experience from beginning to end... and looks to be a great car. The dealership is a little out of the way, but they make everything easy and have good prices--no Dealer Markups. The place was really hopping on a Sat! Everyone was very nice, very professional, and efficient. I had a slight problem with them a few weeks ago, apparently their computer had garbled my email address, so I was not getting any responses. But two different sales managers jumped on it, called me in person, and fixed everything. So all is good, and I am quite happy. Just don't go to the Panera Bread franchise in Temecula... good coffee, bad sandwich! More

Fast and easy, ordered car through Dave Townsend and he emailed me all the paperwork. Only came in when car was delivered and he had us out the door fast. 2020 X1 drove through 3-4 inches of water. Car died. Water was sucked up the intake. Motor seized! Had 4 tow truck companies out over a couple of days to get to dealer. Needed new motor and everything that goes with it!! Not under warranty!! I’d call it a design flaw!! Advisor just said that’s the way they are made. He was apologetic but nothing else. Dealer had my car for over a month. Parts were hard to get. Everyone, especially Chad, was polite, professional & informative during this time. Did get a loaner car which was wonderful. Got my car back and 9 days later had to pull off freeway because something was dragging. Had car towed back to dealer. While waiting for tow I called Chad the original adviser & sent pictures. Daughter picked me up and took us home. My husband took me to dealer. Got another loaner. I was told Chad the advisor would contact me. He never did. Apparently the heat shields were not secured properly!! Really? No one checked to see if bolts were missing or tightened?! I called the service manager Kevin. He was apologetic but full of excuses. When I picked my car up it was filthy. Bird poop a foot long on hood. I said “you couldn’t wash it?” He said well it’s been windy and dusty. Nothing but excuses. I requested my car to be washed. They did. Very disappointed in the brand BMW! Very disappointed in the service! How do you forget bolts! What else did they forget when installing the new motor that I don’t no about?! Very disappointed in the customer care! Will not recommend BMW or this dealership. More
