Stay away from this dealership. I am a 30 year owner of BMW's. I have dealt with many dealerships and have to say this is absolutely a terrible example of what BMW is supposed to be I am a 30 year owner of BMW's. I have dealt with many dealerships and have to say this is absolutely a terrible example of what BMW is supposed to be. First, I took my 7 series in for a recall. I received an email stating I had an oil leak and needed approximately 7k in work. If I did indeed need the work I would have no issue but that was not the case. They emailed me a list of repairs to perform and I was to approve them or not approve them. The issue I had was that there were items I did not need. They just listed every part that could be leaking oil on my model and wanted me to pay for repairs I did not need. I questioned them on this shot gun approach when picking up my vehicle. i made them remove the cover and trace the leak. Guess what? I did not need all that work after all! How can you take your vehicle to someone you can't trust? More

Then, with the spec and price I can accept, he send all paperwork within 15 min, to clearly confirm what I want and what he can offer. I picked up the car at the same day, in evening, only append less than 2 hours in store, most of time to learn and familiar of this new car. Prior to visiting the dealership, I filled out a car request on "True car.com". This pointed me to my local dealer and got the ball rolling with competitive price reduction. Murrieta came out on top. Step 2. Shop till you drop...on-line that is. You can make your deal without leaving your couch these days...and thats how I did mine. Don't get me wrong, do your homework and take a test drive in a few different models you're interested in and then go to work! I gave Dave Townsend at Murrieta BMW my best deal could find amongst two other dealers and they beat it flat cold. Step 3. Fill out all necessary paper work prior to coming in. I was in and out of the dealership ( no BS) in 20 minutes. David and the fellas at Murrieta BMW were straight pros..I didn't have all day to goof around and the fellas got me in and out in no time.
