Not only were they very responsive, they met my price and even better. I ordered the car instead of purchasing off the lot, and George kept me updated on shipping and pushed to get delivery earlier. I was very picky, looking for specifics - THEY DELIVERED! I walked into BMW of Murrieta 1 month before I purchased and received my vehicle. I was originally approached by John Hardin. He was very professional with a personable and trustworthy personality. The Certified Pre-Owned I was originally inquiring about was no longer available, but the search continued... I was extremely specific about what I wanted in a car, practically fully loaded with most of the bells and whistles... I kept visiting their website for a 3-series with those specific specs and finally found one at their sister dealership is Northern California. John and I kept in touch throughout the whole process. I didn't want to let the opportunity pass before the car sold, but because of the extent to how well these representative were trained, John was out of the office in training. Knowing how eager I was to finalize everything, John paired me with Ileen Garibay, who was as equally professional and trustworthy. She was so courteous and caring. My car was transferred from the other dealership to Murrieta. I scoped out the entire car, but sadly saw a chip dead center of the windshield. I let Ileen know and she was not hesitant to get the glass replaced immediately! Not sure if it was intentional, but they gave me a great loaner car in the meantime, very comparable to the same specs I was looking forward to having in my car, so I took advantage of learning the different technology, camera and driving modes. When I picked up my car I was already comfortable as a first-time BMW owner (: I couldn't have been happier to do business with such a professional team. My experience was exceptional from beginning to end. Everyone provided service that was above and beyond my expectations. From the representatives I encountered over the phone, in reception and even the gentleman at BMW Accessories store, I was very pleased and I would definitely recommend John Hardin and especially Ileen Garibay if you're in the Southern California area, in the market for a new or certified pre-owned BMW More

We later met Savanna Osborne and was also made to feel at home. Savanna Osborne was so professional and courteous throughout the whole experience. She treated me and my family like if it was her own. Later on we met the finance manager Renee who was so helpful. BMW is blessed to have some one like Savanna Osborne representing them. More
