Then I decided to return the car early to get this new 320i. I came back to this dealership all the way back from Orange County area specifically to find Dave since my first experience with Dave was very positive. Dave helped me out all along to get the best deal beyond my expectation for both of my cars. I know that I wouldn't be able to have this amazing lease dealS for both X1, and 320i if it wasn't Dave... He is just so sincere and honest to all of his customers. I've never seen any sales persons like him before. I would not listen to nor sign any deals unless it comes from Dave. I highly recommend this exceptional salesman to my close friends and family (or whoever in doubt of trusting their salesmen.) I am more than certain that Dave will try his best to offer you the deal that you will be more than satisfied. I love my new 320i AND I love this guy! More

Only a handful of dealers were responsive to my requests but Dave stood out from the rest. He was very accessible by email, text and phone and came through on everything promised. He delivered the car to my home long after normal business hours and came back the following day for me to sign papers for a lower lease rate since the condition of my lease return was so clean. I can't tell you how many times I've "walked out" of dealerships because I felt that a saleman was more concerned with selling a car for the highest price possible than one that met my prioritites. My experience at BMW of Murrieta amazed me! Dave was sincere, honest, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to get me the perfect BMW 428i with the exact options that I wanted. He also educated me on a few additional features that helped me to ultimately make the smartest decision for my specfic needs. Because I did my research ($) before I came here, I was able to recognize and really appreciate the amazing deal that Dave game me! However, equally as important was the service; I truly felt that Dave had my best interest at heart. If you live anywhere in SoCal, it is worth the trip to see Dave. Most deceptive owner, management and sales staff ever. Mr Said manage to argue with, belittle, curse at and even yell at not only myself but the 72 and 80 year old customer. The sales team completely misrepresented a X5 and then hide the details from the elderly couple just to get the sale. I expect that from a second rate used car dealership selling salvaged cars not a BMW dealership. That is what you will get from BMW of Murrieta. This dealership had an opportunity to make it right for the elderly couple yet Mr. Said managed to show just what customers mean to him NOTHING at ALL. I would never ever buy from someone who treats anyone as he did this elderly couple on 4/1/2015. He acts as if this elderly couple was trying to scam or get something out of him when they stated they just want to be in a car that they feel comfortable in. This CPO BMW was specifically stated and sold to them as a California car which it was not, then the car left them sitting on the side of the road the 2nd week they owned it. Shame on every single person involved in this transaction, Jollene, George and yes the owner Boris Said who made the whole transaction worse by his belligerent pompus attitude. You lost a chance to make this situation for this couple better and to avoid such a bad review. More

RUN, DON'T buy a used car! $1000 in repairs first few weeks! I went to BMW thinking i could trust them to buy a used car from. I bought a 2011 Mini Cooper Countryman. When i drove off the lot a brake repair ligh I went to BMW thinking i could trust them to buy a used car from. I bought a 2011 Mini Cooper Countryman. When i drove off the lot a brake repair light came on, in addition also a service light. I returned the vehicle, they had it for 2 weeks, supposedly having done the work. A couple of weeks went by, a repair brake light came back on. I called BMW telling them, they said we cant do anything, I went to Mini in Escondido, they told me the rotators were damaged and BMW had just reset the light. I called BMW spoke to their manager again was left high and dry!!! They said they had replaced the back brakes. I told them the issue is with the front brakes, the rotators are damaged. They said at the inspection there was 60 per cent brake left. I said yes, but the rotators are damaged per mini Escondido. I went for a second opinion. Sears said same thing and showed me the grooves on the rotators. In addition to this the car totally died. That turned out to be a bad battery. All of this 6 weeks within buying the car. No jack either !! What the heck!!! Never buy a car from this place, they just throw the cars on the lot, They are not honest, no ethics!!! I paid more because they are BMW and not from a smaller unknown used car dealer. $1000 for rotators, brake pads and a battery in under 2 months!!! I asked about inspection at time of sale and was told it had been done. Judge for yourself. More

Best Experience I've had with a dealership ever! Buying a new vehicle can sometimes be intimidating. We've gone to many dealerships where you feel like the minute you step drive into their parking lot, their sales people swarm you like a feeding frenzy on shark week. BMW of Murrieta is the total opposite. They are very friendly, helpful and i felt like the price we paid for the vehicle and our trade in value was very fair. I didn't feel like we were taken advantage of nor pressured or rushed at all. Carl Burt, the Internet Client Adviser made all of our requests happen and really took the time to explain all the nifty features our vehicle had. He was a pleasure to deal and even went out of his way to accommodate for the wife's busy schedule. Overall i'm a very satisfied customer and highly recommend them! More

Worse Experience EVER!!! I buy a new car every two years, this was my first BMW and sadly a horrible experience. To sum it all up I will tell you the following. We were going I buy a new car every two years, this was my first BMW and sadly a horrible experience. To sum it all up I will tell you the following. We were going to buy a used BMW and test drove it, loved it. Turns out when looking at the Numbers a New car had better Incentives. The Sales Person showed us the new car completely covered in clear blue plastic inside and out. We NOT offered a Test Drive. We were NOT given the correct Manual. We were NOT given the second key to our car. But worse of all, he wanted to rush out so bad (six hours spent there) he did NOT give us a Walk around at delivery. Being new BMW, its quite a different car so a month later I still don't know how to use have of the features. The car also did not have all the features he promised. We were NOT shown or given the Sticker Window of the car... HE CRASHED our Trade in right in front of us at delivery. It took us two weeks to get a manual so I can figure out all the cool stuff my car does, and I am still waiting to meet with their BMW Genius person a month later so I can get a proper walk around. I felt NO special treatment, not to mention I have NOT gotten a single email or phone call from the dealership nor BMW. I've come to the conclusion my email was entered "incorrectly" since the sales person knew I would give him a poor review on the survey, which affects their compensation. I have heard wonderful things about the buying experience of BMW, it is sad to say that I did not experience this. I hope to in a couple of years when I'm ready to trade in this baby... for now, I have to say I absolutely love my car. The BMW line is a beauty of cars and will continue to purchase them, just not from here. More
