Had my 2016 550i there for service they ended up having to pull the motor to replace valve seal guides. It's been a few thousand miles since and my tires are now worn on the outside very badly, only 8k on to pull the motor to replace valve seal guides. The three sales people that I dealt with in the purchase of my 2021 530 E were very pleasant and made me feel at ease in trying to decide on this very large expenditure. I never felt any pressure, and it was a totally stress free experience. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership from my very first on-line contact with Dave Townsend that started the buying process to Cameron McDonald who took us on our test drive, to Rah Goodwin who finalized the sale, and delivered the car to our home were professional and totally knowledgeable on the product they were selling . They all deserve 5 stars and I would highly recommend them and the dealership to my family and friends. More
