I honestly cannot express through an online review just how thorough, honest, and downright efficient the entire team at BMW of Murrieta performed today. To make a long story short, the first half of the day had been wasted by other dealerships that chose to use false information and prices for the sole purpose of luring us they’re way. Our first point of contact was Ms. Jolene Guzman who deserves more then 5 stars for her ability to rectify an “already upset” customer; right from the start of that first phone conversation. We told her right off the bat which vehicle we were interested in, the exact down payment we had to work with, the min/max price we were able to spend, and finally that we wanted to know if she could make those numbers work. We then stated, “if you can make it work within those parameters, we would buy and sign the paperwork as soon as possible.” Less then 5 minutes after we had ended our phone call with Jolene, we arrived at BMW, and to our surprise...the car we wanted was Parked & ready to inspect/buy. Every employee we encountered in the purchasing process was not only friendly & professional; they were true to their word. I hope through this extremely long review I am submitting...it will help someone out there who wants/needs a quality vehicle in a timely fashion, without having to deal with deceitful sales tactics and extreme price inflations. He was very pleasant and guided me through process quickly. He did not play games or claim any eccessive wear or damage as others have claimed. Joe made me second guess my decision to go to another vehicle line. Joe was very honest and helpful. When the time is right and if I decide to return to BMW I will definitely schedule an appointment with Joe. More
