Living in Carlsbad I am approximately 5 minutes from BMW of Vista and approximately 15 minutes from BMW of Encinitas. Although farther away I chose BMW of Murrieta and Dave Townsend as my salesman because of Vista and approximately 15 minutes from BMW of Encinitas. Although farther away I chose BMW of Murrieta and Dave Townsend as my salesman because they were referred to me by a friend who had recently purchased a new BMW from them and raved about what a great, friendly, professional and easy experience he had with them. After this personal referral I looked at dealership and individual sales staff ratings for the 3 dealerships thinking I might just visit one of the two two closer ones. The two closer dealers had abysmal ratings across the board. BMW of Murrieta were so broadly and highly rated I decided that negotiating the extra distance would probably be the best bet. BMW of Murrieta and Dave absolutely lived up to my Expectations. I had done my research and I was prepared for the price negotiation battle which I thought was in store for me. Dave’s up front, no-BS, out-the-door price was under factory invoice and right where I wouldhave wanted to arrive after the negotiation chess game I had been anticipating. They then delivered my new X5 Sdrive40i to my driveway. What a fast, painless, pleasant, up-front and honest experience it was. I would now also highly recommend them. More
