Had to speak with family and said I'd call back. I did receive a call that night from someone (not Burt) and this was not a welcome call. I don't like being called when I'm considering all of the information a salesperson has already given me. If I have questions, I'll call. When I spoke with Burt the next day, I shared this with him. He fixed the issue right away - no more calls. When my decision was made, I used the online services to secure the vehicle, went to the dealership and left 90 minutes later. A little long but everyone at BMW of Murrieta is so nice and the coffeemaker is state of the art (!) so we suffered comfortably. All in all, very good experience. Oh, I should add, from 2012-2013, I used their service department for my BMW under warranty. Awesome. It's one of the reasons I trusted the non certified used car process this time, years later. Out of frustration of dealing with LA dealerships we went outside our bubble. It was worth the drive and this was an experience unlike any other. Car was ready, we were treated well and we felt very welcome at Hendricks. Signing was seamless and it was just he most pleaseant car buying experience ever. I highly recommend the drive, bc this small town dealership doesn’t disappoint in any way. I love my 640 and I can’t wait to do business with Dave again! Do everything you can to keep this guy! More
