While I can easily do most most services like changing oil and replacing brakes, my preference is to let the experts do the work. Peace of mind and getting the work done correctly is more important than saving a few dollars. I recently had the pleasure of working with Hannah Loveday. She was professional and courteous every time I spoke with her, and her follow-up was appreciated. Hannah even went the extra mile to let me know there was an issue with the battery. I have been bringing my car routinely for two years and will continue to do so. There is a reason BMW of Murrieta was rated #1 in the US. More
