We had a wonderful experience with BMW of Newton and would recommend everybody go there! I spoke with Darlene on the phone a few days prior to our visit to make an appointment, discuss our trade in, and would recommend everybody go there! Darlene was professional, extremely informative, pleasant and easy to work with! She answered all of my questions and made the entire experience fun and exciting! We brought our trade in that Saturday morning and I have to say, everyone was super nice! The building was beautiful, clean, and everyone very friendly and approachable. We didn't have to wait for anything either; Darlene offered us beverages/refreshments and we were ready to go! We walked up and down the lot to look at a few options and she even had a few cars pulled up and ready to test drive. She was soooo helpful and informative when it came to all the many options, styles, bells & whistles! My husband and I decided on the BMW 328i X Drive Dream!! We each got to drive it around a bit and knew it was right car for us. While we were out and about, one of the guys took our trade in for a drive and even had a trade in quote all ready for us. We agreed to the sale and trade in amount (which we were also very pleased with!). Once we agreed to all the numbers, we met Lou who had us approved and signing everything within an hour. Lou was also wonderful to work with; as well as everyone else we met when they invited us to have lunch! What impressed me most about everyone was not only how knowledgeable they are, but passionate and polite. I felt and knew that I was in the right place buying the best car! And by the way... the car... is a DREAM! We love our new BMW! Furthermore, Darlene helped me set up all my "bells & whistles." She has followed up with us a few times to see how we were doing and whether or not we had any questions or issues, as well as my license/registration/plates, etc. We went back last weekend to have the plates put on and the service dept was also very nice... and fast! They knew I had some place to be and had us in and out within minutes! Overall I'm so extremely pleased with the entire experience. I will never go anywhere else for another car! Peter provided pricing information in detail, outlined every fee, and when I arrived at the dealership to sign, all of the fees outlined were as communicated earlier in email. There were no hidden charges, and no game playing - and that was much appreciated. Peter was always transparent and responsive, by email or phone. He is a friendly, upfront person, and helped to make the buying experience pleasurable and low-stress. He also spent a good deal of time explaining the various functions of the car in detail. Definite two thumbs up for Peter Fetz and BMW of Newton. The sales manager Jay and general manager Ken both introduced themselves and were very helpful. I'll certainly be returning to work with Peter when my lease on the 328 is up, hopefully that time it will be an 7 series! More
