Dependable service at a stressful time, which is greatly appreciated. My 2010 BMW 335i was experiencing significant problems starting. My service advisor Rob Czaplicki went over all of my concerns in deta appreciated. My 2010 BMW 335i was experiencing significant problems starting. My service advisor Rob Czaplicki went over all of my concerns in detail, so I had the added benefit of getting some minor fixes accomplished in the same visit. He kept me informed, ensured I had transportation to and from the dealership, did two extensive test drives to confirm all was well, and even worked to save me some money where possible. The service team that worked on my vintage BMW were great. Sheik (advisor) and Cosmo (technician) had to deal with hard to find parts and parts that were not available, but persevered and returned the great. We had the pleasure with working with Jesse Utarid as our sales reprehensive who was very helpful and honest and did an amazing follow up to ensure that we were satisfied. Darian Durgapersad did an awesome job is setting up our car features for us. James Jupiter and Frank Rebro were the sales managers who were very helpful. John Wheeler from finance was awesome in getting us set up with what we needed. We did a trade in that was handled without any problems. We would definitely use this dealership again and highly recommend them to anyone considering a BMW purchase. The gentleman that we had the pleasure to work with never made you feel that you were a bother, and they made you feel like you were always welcome to stop in and say Hi even after you purchased your car.
