A few days later I had to return the car for an alignment issue and he was there to help in any way he could and expedite the process. While it took awhile to diagnose the problem, several of the employees came by to offer lunch, coffee, and various other things to make my wait pleasant;also, a loaner car was offered, but I chose to wait. In the end, problem solved and worth the wait. More
Car returned DAMAGED by Service Dept. Worst experience at a dealer car service dept. ever!!!!!!!!!!! We took our car in for service on the air conditioner and it was returned to us with se Worst experience at a dealer car service dept. ever!!!!!!!!!!! We took our car in for service on the air conditioner and it was returned to us with several damages including a hole punched into door speaker, rear cup holders broken, headliner hanging and not tucked into dash, dash and steering was creaking, old fuses, screws and metal shavings left in floor board and under seats, drivers seat had a small coming apart of leather before and after it was pulled way out of seam. They denied damaging our vehicle. After heated discussions they fixed some of the damage but took it off site to repair the liner and seat. They added several hundred miles on our car taking it off site. The new liner is way too thick and not sticking in areas, the two top consoles are not secured correctly, liner was not tucked in on a one pillar, coming apart around ceiling handle and the seat leather was stapled with office staples and are sticking threw the seat leather. Our vehicle was NOT restored to the way it was before we left it at BMW of Ocala service dept. They NEVER apologized for the way our car was handed back to us and in fact, they blamed us and on the car just being old. We DO NOT and WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE DEPT! If you do go, we suggest you take plenty of pictures before you leave your car. More

Outstanding This is my first experience buying a BMW. I've owned a Cadillac, Mercedes and a lexus. I've never had the treatment that I received at BMW of Ocala. I This is my first experience buying a BMW. I've owned a Cadillac, Mercedes and a lexus. I've never had the treatment that I received at BMW of Ocala. It was quit moving actually. The staff actually put on blazers and white gloves to remove all fingers prints off the car. When they all cheered congratulations and shook my hand I actually teared up. It's a special experience. A cake to take home...who does that? The waiting room is like a lounge. Maybe I will wait while my car is serviced instead of going to any length to be picked up by my husband so I don't have to sit in a lobby. Also my salesman took me to the BMW store counter and allowed me to get a shirt for my husband. I received a key chain and yeti type coffee tumbler. My salesman Frank Rebo is a super guy. I mean he owns a golden & a german shepperd. He can only be a great guy. Everyone was super kind. Oh and yes "The Genius" who literally is a genius who new everything about my car. I can stop by at the dealership anytime to speak to a "Genius" to help me learn my car like they do. You won't regret doing business with this dealership. They are a "10" More

We have been dealing with BMW of Ocala over the past couple of years now with their service department and have been very pleased with the attention g We have been dealing with BMW of Ocala over the past couple of years now with their service department and have been very pleased with the attention given. It is also so nice to have the girls answer our phone calls "live" and offer to take a message instead of rushing us off to voice mail. Brent and "C" have met all of our expectations and have handled all of our concerns over that period. Our lease was up so we decided to go with BMW of Ocala to lease another --- a 328i this time. We met Frank Rebro several months ago and we can both attest to the fact that he is by far the best salesman we have ever dealt with. His product knowledge is second to none and his willingness to work with us sets him apart. My husband has been in sales for over 45 years and he knows when he is in the company of a good salesman. Frank was truly First Class in every way. We had our car built which came in sooner than expected --- we were pleased and excited about picking it up. All was normal as we signed the paperwork and then Frank said --- "Let's go and see your car." We were totally in awe of the treatment we received in unveiling our new car! Words cannot describe the attention given to us with this "white glove" treatment, the teamwork of the entire staff who were present, and the time taken to do what they did. What a wonderful experience --- one that we will never forget! In fact, each time we look at the car, we will think of this wonderful experience. My experience with BMW of Ocala was the best demonstration of how a car should be sold. The dealership is state of the art, lots of snacks, clean as clean can be, and the staff is very professional and customer oriented. My needs and requirements were the priority. The dealership provides technical experts to each each customer the use of the high tech features. The "Genuises" will tutor each customer from the basics through all the fine features of the high tech "stuff". The tutoring is individual and on the customers schedule. So each owner may schedule a session as needed....pretty cool. If you are shopping for a vehicle go to BMW of Ocala to see the way you should be treated.....watch them roll out the red carpet, be a good customer and do not settle for just any car....buy or lease "The Car" More
No call back . Left 3 messages no response. I had a few issues with this dealership . My first issue was buying a used car that broke down after 400 miles. The first day I drove the car home my left rear tire needed air. I didn't think anything of it. There was a huge nail in the tire of this certified used 650I .I was heading to the airport to pick up my son and the car started misfiring drive train malfunction. I traded my Mercedes for this broken mess of a car which I still regret today. I dropped the car off the repair was made I TOLD THEM TO KEEP THE CAR!!I didn't want an unreliable car. They took the car back at a 12 thousand dollar loss for me. I decided to lease a new car a 428I not a bad car but not what I traded my Mercedes for.I gave the dealership an honest review which was not up to Bob Watts Standards . So Bob decides to call my wife and give her Lip due to my review REALLY!! I called Bob and asked him why is he leaving my wife messages about my review. He told me he wasn't happy with my review. I explained why I did so he hung up on me. Very Professional Bob. I have a issue with my rim. I payed for rim protection called the dealership multiple times no call back. My wife also had her 320I replaced it was a lemon. After months of putting her through xxxx. Buying a car should be exciting not depressing I will never deal with this dealership again. Also the car I returned none of the repairs were reported to carfax. Whoever bought this car has no idea about the recent repairs. Very shady. More
