Scheduling was an almost mess. Four star is given however because of prompt, direct, polite communication and work done when the car was taken to the dealership. I tried to utilize the chat feature of the website which led me to talk to a not so bright individual. I should have and one may want to use the website interface of a standard BMW website to schedule an appointment. The amount of taxes a city receives from this German manufacturer’s accomplishment can be used to feed such scheduling people instead of having them affiliated with the name BMW. this dealership is a failure and should be closed down. I traded my 2019 ram 1500 for a 2020 Bmw X5 on 06/20/20 and until today 07/14/ 20 my trade in has not been paid off. I made several calls to bmw of owings mills to find out why they have not paid off the 2019 ram 1500, my people these were their responses: DAVID HESS MY SALESMAN FOR X5 HAS LONG BEEN SILENT, HE NEVER SHOWED ME THE FEATURES OF THE X5 LIKE A REGULAR CAR DEALER WILL DO. HE NEVER PICKS HIS CALL AT THE DEALERSHIP. MY PEOPLE, THIS DEALERSHIP MADE PAYMENT OF MY 2019 RAM 1500 TO THE WRONG BANK. DID THEY NOT HAVE THE PAPERWORK FOR THE PAYOFF QUOTE. IF I HAD NOT CALLED THEY WOULD NOT HAVE NOTICED THAT THE PAYMENT WERE SENT TO THE WRONG BANK.
