Great place to buy a BMW Owings Mills BMW gave me the best price for a new BMW car order. The sales associate Keith was excellent. He made our pick up experience enjoyable eve Owings Mills BMW gave me the best price for a new BMW car order. The sales associate Keith was excellent. He made our pick up experience enjoyable even though the car was not prepared on time. He went out of his way to make sure everything was as it should be, including some accessories which were not in stock and did not charge me extra for wheel locks or all season rear mats (ordered all season mats only come in pairs). My only concern is with the service department. They have an unusual loaner car policy that caters to repeat customers only and requires a deposit. This is different from other BMW dealers in the area. Unfortunately, I had tire damage from a large pothole on the left side of my new car and needed 2 new tires. They were unable to have the tires the day that I called. I was able to get tires at another nearby BMW dealership the same day. More
