Every time I take my car in for service, the service is incredible. The staff is friendly and professional. They are always courteous and explain whats being done, the cost and when I can expect to get m incredible. The staff is friendly and professional. Since I live about 20 miles away, I always have to get a loaner and they have always been able to provide one. I heard good things about Northwest BMW from a friend. On my initial visit I met George, the new car sales manager. George introduced me to Melvin Bey, also a very experienced and knowegeable salesman. The test drive and conversation went well but I decided to wait a few months for new models. When finally ready to buy a 2013 X3 335i, melvin assisted me with an order for a custom car. I offered a fair price and it was accepted. The whole process took about 90 minutes and went perfectly. I've now been driving the car for a several months. It is my first new car out of dozens that did not have some kinks to work out. It has been 100% flawless and is an absolute joy to drive. My dealings with the parts and service departments have so far been flawless as well. I can therefor give Northwest BMW a perfect 5 star rating. More

When I recently contacted the dealership via email to determine if they would be able to find a new X1 with the options we were looking for, I received a response from an aggressive salesperson who wasn't very friendly. He seemed abrasive and confrontational when I shared what I was looking for. This was a totally different experience than what I'm accustomed to with this dealership. More
