We were vacationing in the the engine light came on. We immediately called Palm Springs BMW service department and spoke to Savannah. After explaining our issue Savannah placed on us on hold to speak to a immediately called Palm Springs BMW service department and spoke to Savannah. After explaining our issue Savannah placed on us on hold to speak to a device technician. After speaking to him, she advised us to bring the vehicle in to have checked out. We immediately went in and were advised that it was a minor repair, so we could wait or get a ride back to the resort. We choose to wait and only waited for about 2 hours spending our time at the Estate Sale down the street. We returned to the dealership and the repairs were almost completed. Th car was returned repaired and clean. Needless to say we were happy campers. I can’t say enough about the exceptional service we received. I would recommend this dealership to anyone visiting the desert. Ask for Savannah as your Service Rep. She is awesome. More

I like the service writer in the service on my car was great. I appreciated the final loaner that was provided to me by the dealer. But I did not like was the difficulty of getting through to the service great. I appreciated the final loaner that was provided to me by the dealer.
