My service advisor is the best.....always helpful and knowledgeable about my special car. Same with the service tech’s. I had an excellent experience at Palm Springs BMW. The dealership was undergoing renovation. However, I was greeted at the drop off location and then taken immediately to a service advisor named Savannah dealership was undergoing renovation.
