Service Department is GREAT Like I have said in previous reviews, I never have any problems with the service department. They make up what the sales team just doesn't have. They keep you informed on the status of your car and really demonstrate customer service. Again, I highly recommend the service team at this dealership. If you ever lease from this BMW dealership. Read the fine print and get everything in writing. More

Horrible experience. They returned my vehicle with a large nail in the tire, no charge of battery and they didn’t replace the steering column parts correctly. They tried to blame me for the tire even t large nail in the tire, no charge of battery and they didn’t replace the steering column parts correctly. They tried to blame me for the tire even though I had driven away less than 10 minutes prior. Had to take vehicle to another dealership to fix what they couldn’t which was a large inconvenience. More
Just wonderful. My service agent, Sandy, was completely focused on getting my work done and me home. The showroom and waiting area are beautiful and comfortable.
