Over and above Friday afternoon at a quarter to five and I hit a pot hole the size of the Grand Canyon. The front right tire side wall is torn open, and I limp into Friday afternoon at a quarter to five and I hit a pot hole the size of the Grand Canyon. The front right tire side wall is torn open, and I limp into the dealer. They stayed open to replace the two front tires and make sure nothing else had been compromised. Amazing Service I was having an issue with my key fobs and we originally thought it was just a battery issue, but soon found out that it was a program issue and my ca I was having an issue with my key fobs and we originally thought it was just a battery issue, but soon found out that it was a program issue and my car had to be completely re-programmed. Bryan was fantastic and said that he would get it taken care of as soon as possible and he did! I was in and out of the dealership within hours and very happy about that! Great diagnostic work So, I was driving home from a beach vacation and, about 2 miles from home I approached a traffic light, but, with my foot all the way down on the brak So, I was driving home from a beach vacation and, about 2 miles from home I approached a traffic light, but, with my foot all the way down on the brake, it was clear that my car was not stopping. And I rear-ended the car ahead of me. I had the car towed to BMW of Palm Springs, my local dealer. Because of the 4th of July holiday, they wound up keeping the car for 6 days, while several technicians, along with my service consultant, Bryan -- and the head engineer for southern California, who, fortunately was there –continued to wrestle with the problem. The brakes were fine. All other systems checked out. Many test rides later and computer checks revealed nothing. Had they failed to diagnose the problem, I would have been scared to drive my car. It turns out that my driver's side floor mat must have bunched up under the brake pedal and prevented me from stopping. I wasn't surprised, since that floor mat had been a thorn in my side for years. I had to adjust it every time I got into the car. Anyway, thanks to Bryan and his team for solving the puzzle. Very happy to have my car back and to know that it is safe to drive. Thanks, Bryan, for your diligence and determination. 5 stars, for sure. More

Poor Communication Dropped off car for 10am appt.on Tuesday. Wednesday there was no word, Thursday PM no word so I called and was told they were working on it but still Dropped off car for 10am appt.on Tuesday. Wednesday there was no word, Thursday PM no word so I called and was told they were working on it but still no word by the end of day. Friday PM... STILL no word until I called and said that they’d had the car for 3 1/2 days with not a peep of information from them other than they they were diagnosing it. Finally picked up my car at 6pm on Friday and only needed a new battery. I could have taken care of that at my local gas station. All communication with this dealership came from my side. A beautiful facade of professionalism, but not backed up by services. More
