Woody the sales manager is a total liar I bought a used car from another state. The salesman told me it was in amazing running condition and one of the nicest used cars he had seen. I assuming this place thoroughly checks any vehicle they are selling used for proper running condition bought it. I received the car and drove it home. I immediately noticed the brakes were loud, harsh and weak. I noticed a smell of exhaust in the cabin. I noticed the steering was loose. I took it to my mechanic who looked it thoroughly over and said the brakes were all literally metal on metal with no pad left, the front calipers had seized pistons, the exhaust manifold was leaking, the steering rack was leaking and needed to be replaced also. I was looking at over $2500 in repairs and put 25 miles on the car which I was told by BMW of Peoria was in great running condition with no issues. I called Woody and he simply said you bought it as is so good luck to you. What kind of car dealer dwells a used car that someone like I did might be putting children in? This place is a shameless dealership and reminds me of the book I read my children called Matilda who’s father sells unsafe vehicles with no care for the buyers safety or wallet. Buy elsewhere no matter what if you want a reliable safe used car the day you buy it. More
They stole my X5 Took my 2010 X5 in for service. Diesel engine in limp mode. Mechanics are unable to determine error codes so they just start replacing parts. Step 1 C Took my 2010 X5 in for service. Diesel engine in limp mode. Mechanics are unable to determine error codes so they just start replacing parts. Step 1 Charge $200 to diagnose the problem. Can find anything wrong. Step 2 remove and drain gas tank $1200. That didn't work. Step 3 tear down engine replace swirl valves $1400. That didn't work. Step 3 Clean ERG valve and clean injectors $650. That didn't work. Step 4 walk away from it for a week. Step 5 actually find the problem. Clogged catalytic converter $4500. So It took them 16 days to rack up nearly $8000 in repairs on a $11,000 vehicle. I was not going to pay that much for that vehicle. They happily gave me $4000 for the car. I saw it the next week for sale on their website for $14000. STOLEN More

Unprofessional Car Sales Manager Drove 1 hour & 30 minutes to Peoria shopping for a new car. When we got there the salesman met us right at the door, that was great. When we were unable to match pricing the salesman thanked us then said that the sales manager wanted to meet us, so we waited as he was on the phone. We waited for over 5 minutes and finally a man came and and introduced himself as Woody, Sales Manager, he met us to tell us he could move the numbers around, but I kindly stated that it wouldn’t change the price and thanked him for his time and as I extended my hand to shake his, abruptly he jumped up, wouldn’t shake my hand and stormed into his office and threw down the quote he wrote and told someone to give us our key. We were in shock, to say the least, and stood there in utter disbelief. My wife stayed out loud, how unprofessional he was and how as a manager he was completely disrespectful to us and very poor judgement for a man in her s position. He then came out of his office yelling “it’s time for you to go”, my wife asked he was going to put his hands on me as he was very angry. We walked out in total disbelief. More

We visited BMW of Peoria and had an excellent experience with Alex Goergen. He took the time to learn what our needs and expectations were and we felt like he wanted to help us select a vehicle that would be perfect for us and not push us into something that happened to be on the lot. We will return to make the deal with Alex. He was professional and friendly and we will tell our friends and relatives to take their business to him. More

Great Purchase Experience I had been driving my car from college for almost 8 years and was ready for a change. I researched some German brands online, for months, and narrowed it down to a few that I wanted to test drive. BMW of Peoria was my first stop and I was not planning to make a purchase that day. I met with the salesman, Alex Goergen, and we discussed a few of the X models. We test drove the new X3 and I was blown away by the performance and all of the features. When we got back to the dealership, I was introduced to rest of the team (Clint, Blake, Woody, Jim) and the customer treatment was incredible. We were also able to compare the X3 with the other brands I was interested in and I soon realized that BMW was the right choice. Alex provided a stress-free buying experience and made sure I was getting the right vehicle that would meet my needs, not just pushing the bigger or more expensive model. A few hours later, I was driving home in my new X3, more than thrilled with my purchase. I am definitely looking forward to my future relationship with BMW of Peoria! More
