I had been in the market for a few months when I finally narrowed my search. One of the biggest factors in my decision was service after the transaction and the other was ease of the process. You can imagine my delight when I found my perfect car and my favorite sales consultant (still) at Leith!! I emailed him on a Sunday evening and first thing the following Monday morning Ales had emailed me back!! He had the wonderful news that THE car was still available and told me the next steps to secure it. With the deposit confirmed he let me know that I could expect the car to arrive on their lot any day!! Fast forward to Thursday…I receive a message from Ales that I could pick my car up on Friday. I told him that would be great if I could be back to Sanford by 11:30am for an appointment. Ales did not disappoint!! I arrived at the dealership at 9:15am and I was on the road with my beautiful new ride by 10:30am.
