Loved my experience buying 2014 BMW 328i I went to Leith BMW on a whim. I have thought about purchasing a BMW for the past year, but hadn't even gone to look at them. We went on a Saturday I went to Leith BMW on a whim. I have thought about purchasing a BMW for the past year, but hadn't even gone to look at them. We went on a Saturday afternoon and looked around a bit before John Draz came out. My husband told him we were not there to purchase, but we were just curious and wanted to look. John Draz was very knowledgeable and courteous. He explained each model to us, as we were not sure about the different models and the differences. He took his time and explained all of that to us. We had been working in the yard prior to our visit and looked like a mess. I'm sure we looked like we couldn't afford anything there. John didn't let that phase him and acted like we were the most important customers ever. He never pressured us and took time to answer our questions, make suggestions on models and show us options. He then suggested we test drive a particular model that was a good buy because it was certified preowned, but only one years old. I have always purchased new vehicles so I was unsure about used, but the certified preowned option is the way to go. They bring the car up to like new standards. They provide a warranty on the car, in this case, up to 100,000 miles. We also had a Honda to trade. Everyone there made the experience very pleasant, especially John Draz. We ended up purchasing a 2014 BMW 328i and I absolutely love it! I have had it about a week and a half now and love to drive it! More

John showed genuine interest in helping me with my car buying decision and at no point in time he used any of the "typical car salesman" (don't mean to stereo type here but wanted to provide context) approach to sell the car. I loved the professionalism at Leith BMW, complete transparency. The sales manager, Ty, was awesome as well. He revealed all the information like money factor, residuals, MSD options etc., and gave the print out of from the calculation tool as well. This is something I have not seen at other dealerships. Would definitely recommend Leith and John to my friends and family for their next car purchase. More

THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT My 2011 X5 was serviced at the dealership routinely and running without a hitch. I got a recall letter and was told to bring the car a day ahead so I My 2011 X5 was serviced at the dealership routinely and running without a hitch. I got a recall letter and was told to bring the car a day ahead so I brought it on a Thursday to be worked on and finished Friday as I was told. Got a call Friday evening from a Marc stating my car will not be ready this week but probably Monday. I had to rent a car to my work in PA where I stay for 2 weeks. It was not till the following Thursday that he telephoned my wife to come and pick the car. Wife picked the car and on the way the screen asked her to to go to the nearest BMW dealership. When I called, I was told I needed new brakes which is not the case. They promised to pick the car last Thursday which they did, did not hear from them so I called and Mr Mark stated they did not have a "chance" to look at my car, that they will do so today Saturday and let me know. It is 3.15pm now and nobody called. Perhaps they will answer to my lawyer on Monday. More
