This was a docs-out delivery, and the contract — including the Eckbond protection plan — was reviewed with you prior to signing. After you reviewed and signed the documents, a copy of the contract was sent to you, and our salesperson completed the remaining paperwork with you. Additionally, we personally spoke with you and explained that the Eckbond product is a non-cancellable product. We apologize for the incorrect email address being entered and understand how that could have caused frustration. That was certainly not intentional. We strive to ensure all products are disclosed and reviewed prior to signing, and we regret that you feel there was any miscommunication.
