This guy really knows how to put in work for a customer. He honestly didn't let us leave until we got what we wanted. A good deal! 3 good deals in fact. My 2 family members who came along all bought cars that night. I remember Zo telling me when I walked in, he said "I'm not gonna stop until your whole family is driving a BMW". He's a man of his word and my family is half way there. I have a big family, butthey all know Zohaib. I take reviews very serious due to the fact that I'm in the customer experience business's myself in which makes me a tougher critic. Pick Riverside and Zohaib and you won't go wrong. Zo made time for me, and because of that quality and Care, I returned a week later to lease my 340i M sport. On top of It, he gave me a deal that no dealer could match. Overall great experience. Started Terrible, Getting Better - A work in progress My wife had just completed 16 month of cancer treatments and I was going to buy her a 430i as a present. They did not have what we wanted so we ordere My wife had just completed 16 month of cancer treatments and I was going to buy her a 430i as a present. They did not have what we wanted so we ordered one. The salesman was pretty useless and configuring it the way we wanted so I had to do his job for him. The car took 114 days to arrive and when we went to pick it up, we discovered they had ordered the wrong color. At first they wanted to argue the point but I had my paperwork showing exactly what should have been ordered. Now at this point I would have expected someone in management to come in and apologize and tell us they would make things right. Wrong. We never saw anybody but the salesman. Even though he apologized, he acted as if he expected us to buy the car. Wrong again. I demanded my $5k deposit back. He said he would order a 2018 equipped the same way for the same price, but the two orders he sent me were not equipped the same way (missing 3-5 important items) I had to call BMWUSA and talk to two of their "geniuses". They were very helpful and we managed to spec out the car the way I wanted. I sent the configuration to the dealer but have never heard back. After this review, I received a call from the Director of Operations of Riverside BMW. (Haoie Luc) He was very helpful and tried to find a car with all the items we wanted. He located a nicely loaded 440i that he was willing to give to us for the same price, but it was missing one important feature. (Darn, I do love the 440i) He was unable to find what we wanted so we were back to ordering. He ordered us a well optioned 430i for the original price. Unfortunately this will still result in us only having one car (we had sold my wife's CLK when the first BMW was about 2 weeks out). Our experience dealing with Haoie kept us from going with an Audi and raised our opinion of the dealership overall. Our final rating on the dealership will come after we see how the delivery and purchase process goes. But it is heading in the right direction. More

DISAPPOINTING AND BELOW STANDARD CUSTOMER SERVICE I would never reccomend this dealerxxxx to any of my friends or family because they are dishonest and shady and the level of customer service is terri I would never reccomend this dealerxxxx to any of my friends or family because they are dishonest and shady and the level of customer service is terrible to none. I recently went in with my son to test drive a cpo bmw specifically asking to look at 6 cyl. cars or above as my current vehicle was a lexus is350 and was told that I would have to look at 5 series or above because the 3 series which I originally was interested in were only 4cyl. so not knowing a whole lot about cars and motor sizes other than how fast the gas pedal makes it go, I put my trust in what the salesman Ross was telling me at bmw of riverside....he ends up selling me a cpo 2014 528i all while using the turbo boost as he named it, as the selling point of the car. I get my own financing through my credit union and while picking up a check to take to bmw I was informed that terms had changed and 1800.00 was added on to the price of the car for 20000 extended warranty in which I declined days earlier when the finance manager jen tried to sell it to me over the phone after I left the dealership with specific price and terms already agreed upon with my salesman Ross. The car to my surprise ended up being a 4 cyl. after someone insisted they were certain it was not a 6 cyl, I had it looked at and to my surprise it was indeed a 4 cyl. The day after I got my car I recieved a call from customer service to ask me about my experience and I told the lady I was very disappointed and felt lied to and cheated and she immediately cut the call short and said she would have management call me right back and not surprising never recieved any call from anyone to this day. I have sent Ross several messages and had several conversations with him regarding documents I never got copies of like my warranty and service contract etc. and each time he promises to email them to me and still nothing except one random email titled insurance cards with contents that were useless and contained no information let alone what I have been asking for. My family is native american from Pechanga and luckily my aunt from the reservation canceled her appointment to buy 2 cars from Ross for my twin cousins birthdays or I would have felt personally responsible had she been treated the way I am. I wont be referring any family to this dealership at this point and will buy my future cars through audi of riverside where a lot of my friends and family have had a good experience with excellent customer service. More
