I took a test drive and was given a thorough presentation of the vehicle by the most knowledgeable sales consultants (Pablo) I have ever encountered. Having shopped a few BMW Dealers local to my home in Atlanta, I decided to purchase my 328i from BMW Riverside. The service was top notch, staff was knowledgeable beyond expectations, and they were able to work me a deal I couldn't find anywhere else. Their follow-up has also exceeded my expectations. BMW Riverside called to see if I had any questions and to make sure the car is meeting my expectations. Overall - I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience. More

I shopped multiple BMW dealerships before choosing BMW Riverside. In essence, BMW's are BMW's. Sure the prices and options differ slightly, but its people that made the biggest difference in my mind. I worked with Roland Clark throughout the shopping and sales process. He was highly responsive, up front and honest to the letter, and just a joy to work with. Probably most impressive was the fact that he did a walk around my new car and found a flaw that I didn't even see. He called it to my attention and said they'd pick up the car and fix it. Very impressive. I also met with Tye Gilbert (sales manager) who was a class act as well. I couldn't recommend BMW Riverside any higher. More

I actually had purchased my X5 from BMW of Riverside in August of '09, but that sales experience was excellent. Larry Winkler worked with me to special order a car that had the options that I wanted, rathe August of '09, but that sales experience was excellent. Larry Winkler worked with me to special order a car that had the options that I wanted, rather than just trying to stuff me into something that they had in stock. They didn't even require a deposit from me, and the price they gave me was extremely competitive. Fast forward 2 years later (now): I came in to the dealership to see about obtaining an accessory that should have been in the car when I bought it, but had been omitted somehow; a Smart Phone Integration cable. I spoke to Jim Hutton and explained the situation to him, and Jim directed me to Efrain Ruiz in the parts department. Based on the information I provided and a bit of research Efrain discovered that the part should indeed have been included with the car 2 years ago. With Jim Hutton's approval they ordered the part for me free of charge, and gave my husband a free T-shirt! Now this is really bending over backwards for a customer, I think. I didn't go in demanding anything, and to be honest I really didn't think I was going to get this cable 2 years later for free, even though it should have been there. But they didn't hesitate to take the steps to keep me a happy customer. Excellent experience with BMW of Riverside! More
