This is one dealership that should be referred to the Bureau of Automotive Affairs in California, the Better Business Bureau and BMW and North America. The arrogance of service manager Huges (and his minion George) is exceeded only by his ignorance of technical matters and ineptitude in customer relations. My car was kept in their shop for a week, and the repair was not done properly even after that. I could not pick up my car on Saturday after I was told to come by and pick it up. The operation does not seem to have much leadership, and it is obvious that the owners do not care much about their customers. <br><br>My suggestions is that we do not have to put up with substandard service and abusive treatment Let's use available resources to hold these so-called dealership accountable. I am taking my case to small claims, but I will also be filing complaints with the Bureau of Automotive Affairs, Better Business Bureau, and of course, I will do what I can to keep my friends from doing business with thse unethical and inept dealerships. I urge you all to take similar action against such dealerships where ever you may be. We don't have to take this crap! More
