I am going to update my feedback and review on this website to a more positive one. She is the reason for my update to a more positive review. Yea I expected a msg like this. The fact that I had spent over 6 to 7 months having nothing but problems with your dealership and the amount of months I had spent speaking to a lady in a corporate office who specifically told me she had my info and probs forwarded to the 'proper' department. And I call the corporate office after I had the dealership try to solve the prob. I really do not like to drag this any further and am just going to live with it or try to pass on the lease to a new owner since it is the 'only' option that seems possible to do. I am an extremely sad, frustrated, and disappointed BMW driver who had once LOVED and had such a great experience with their cars.
