Frank understands this and was simply great about answering all our questions about the car. Based on his responses and information about the car that was posted on Cars.com, we placed a credit card deposit at the end of our first phone call with Frank. Then Frank communicated every detail to us and helped work us thru the entire process so when we arrived to pick up the car, everything was set and ready to go. Frank demonstrated all the features of the car, even hooked our phone up to the Bluetooth. Bottom line - anybody I talk to locally who is looking to buy a new or used bimmer; I'm telling them to give Frank a call.
