I took my BMW in for servicing and the entire process was excellent from beginning to end. Making the appointment was easy and I was made to feel welcome as soon as I arrived. My service advisor, Ali Soule excellent from beginning to end. Making the appointment was easy and I was made to feel welcome as soon as I arrived. My service advisor, Ali Souley, knew the service my car needed, described the work that would be done and listened for any additional questions I had. My car was returned to me on schedule washed and vacuumed. Thank you! More

From my experience 1) amenities are good, i. e. seating, coffee/water 2) my service person must have forgotten I was there; I had to go to the counter to find him when I was there for updates on e. seating, coffee/water 2) my service person must have forgotten I was there; I had to go to the counter to find him when I was there for updates on my car`s status. Other customer service providers came out to see their customers for updates. He did provide an Uber car. This problem with my vehicle is still not resolved and is at a very expensive price. More
