I bought a 2016 428cxi at Rockville BMW last summer and got the maintenance package as well. I brought the car in for my first service and am very impressed with the service and experience - it really sets got the maintenance package as well. Seeing up the appointment, meeting with a service advisor, getting a loaner car, and having all the service covered under the maintenance package all meet or exceeded my expectations. Everyone I worked with from check in to pick up was cordial and professional. I received timely updates and even video summary of the tire and brake condition. My service advisor, Dezire, wisely assessed that the service would take some time and recommended that I get a loaner, and I appreciate her setting and managing expectations appropriately. All in all, outstanding service, and I know I'm in good hands with the team at Rockville BMW! (Service done: oil change, cabin air filter, spark plugs, brake fluid, wiper blades) More

$$$$ for an oil change! “Computer” reading of car - not one word re: results - guess it was ok??
